联系我们技术支持看看，需要打开安装目录，运行cmd命令窗口，把lceda-pro.exe 拖到命令行窗口回车运行看具体有什么报错才知道

我的专业版也是无法运行，以前可以运行的，很少用，有一次打开在启动界面过不去了，然后升级了最新版本，然后就打开啥也没有了，win10家庭版。按你说的拖到cmd运行后提示以下内容： loading sqlite3 on platform win32 arch x64 (node:9572) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: SQLITE_CORRUPT: database disk image is malformed (Use `lceda-pro --trace-warnings ...` to show where the warning was created) (node:9572) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection. 看这个提示是你的磁盘有问题，没有权限读写，看看是否是电脑有其他被删除的账号，导致没有权限了，在磁盘的右键查看属性- 安全，看看其他账号是否没有权限写磁盘
