手动 chmod 4755 chrome-sandbox后可以打开了。

按理这个是不需要的，你的内核是否做了更新或者其他配置？安装的时候有用sudo吗

没有，默认配置。肯定是有sudo的。应该是这个系统版本的问题，安装其他deb都会提示"由于文件'.deb'无法被用户'_apt'访问,已脱离沙盒并提权为根用户来进行下载“
